EU Digital Services Act (DSA)

This statement is provided in line with Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 — the Digital Services Act (“DSA”).

Single point of contact. For all DSA-related communications from users and from authorities, contact business@nocutporn.com. Communications may be made in English or Dutch.

Nature of the service. NoCut is an aggregator and does not host, produce or upload any video content. All videos are stored and served by third-party partner platforms and are embedded or linked here; we provide indexing and links only.

Notice and action / reporting illegal content. Anyone can report content they consider illegal by emailing business@nocutporn.com with the exact URL(s) and the reason. We review notices promptly and remove or disable links to illegal content where appropriate. Because we do not host the media, we also direct reporters to the hosting platform. Illegal content & CSAM. NoCut has a zero-tolerance policy for illegal content and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Suspected CSAM can also be reported to ASACP (asacp.org) and to relevant hotlines and authorities.

Terms and moderation. Our content rules are set out in the Terms of Service. We act on valid notices and may remove links at our discretion to comply with the law.

Recommender systems. We do not use profiling of personal data for our listings; results are based on categories, tags and popularity signals only. We operate an 18+ age gate and do not knowingly serve minors.

Average monthly active recipients. NoCut is a small/emerging service and is currently below the DSA threshold for a Very Large Online Platform (45 million average monthly active users in the EU). We will publish figures here if and when required.
